Grandpa gave Maddox his first pair of Carhartt overalls. In about 9 months they should fit and Maddox and Grandpa will have matching outfits!

Happy Easter! Hope everyone had a nice weekend. My parents and Tiffany arrived here in Philly on Friday. We spent Saturday evening in New Jersey at Maddox's Great-Uncle Veto's home. We had a nice dinner and Maddox met a few more cousins. Nonna and Anna came back with us and we all spent Sunday together. Maddox was the best baby in church! After brunch, Joe was taking Nonna and Anna home, when the rest of us arrived back at the house to realize we were locked out! Thanks to Jessa and Kyle we were saved!

6 weeks old

Over the last three weeks, Maddox has gained another 2 pounds. At 10 pounds and 8 ounces, Maddox is finally fitting into and filling out his clothes. Today he had his first babysitter, and did great! Naturally when I got home he began crying...go figure! Anyhow I hope you enjoy the pictures, I got some good ones of him lifting up his head to watch the star that attaches on to his little gym. It plays music and lights up to the beats of the music. Completely mesmerizing to him!

A busy weekend!

We kicked off the weekend with a nice visit from two of Maddox's Philly Aunts. Sunday we went to New Jersey where he spent some more time with his Great-Grandmother. He also met for the first time his Uncle Vito and Aunt Sally. Today, due to Joe's forgetful nature, we went to Jersey to take him a few things for his evening at the hospital. After that, we went and had lunch with Jean, a friend from work, and her son Mark. Maddox is a great little traveler!

1 month old!

Well the time is definately flying by. It is hard to believe that Maddox is already a month old. He loves being out and traveling around in his car seat. He enjoys taking his bath and talking to his mobile. He is sleeping as well as can be expected, waking still around 2 a.m. and then 5:30 a.m....not bad at all. Of course there are still those nights where he just wants to be up and party.
